Upon Arrival
Please open immediately and inspect your tuber. Any concerns reported within 7 days will be addressed as appropriate. Once tubers are opened and inspected, please store in a cool and dry location until ready to plant.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided after the initial 7 day period as after that time we cannot ensure adequate storage by the purchaser.
